Welcome to Skyn Essential. By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with our business.
1. Appointments & Cancellations
- Booking: Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and service.
- Cancellations: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your appointment may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. Full service charges will still apply.
2. Payments & Refunds
- Accepted Payments: We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and other approved electronic payment methods.
- Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. Refunds are not issued for completed services. If you are unsatisfied, please speak with us directly so we can address your concerns.
- Retail Products: Unopened, unused products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with a receipt. No refunds on skincare products due to hygiene standards.
3. Health & Safety
- Client Health: It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, skin sensitivities, allergies, or current medications that may affect your treatment. We tailor services to your needs and prioritize your health and safety.
- Sanitation: We follow strict hygiene and sanitation protocols in compliance with state and industry standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for all clients.
4. Gift Cards & Promotions
- Gift Cards: Skyn Essential gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They must be presented at the time of service and are valid for the amount specified.
- Promotions: Discounts and special offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Limited-time offers are subject to change or cancellation without notice.
5. Client Conduct
We strive to create a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment for all guests and staff. Skyn Essential reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who engages in inappropriate behavior or violates our policies.
6. Privacy & Data Use
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
7. Limitation of Liability
Skyn Essential is not liable for any adverse reactions that may occur as a result of undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, or misuse of products purchased through our studio. We encourage open communication to ensure the best possible outcome for your service.
8. Changes to Terms
Skyn Essential reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
